No, he’s not about to yawn, he’s merely in a state of constant panting - which by the way limits the possibility for a good shot. Maybe it’s his thick black coat or a result of his ‘husky’ stature, either way this not-so-young-anymore pup’s cooling system is always in effect...always...but that’s why we love him.

Nice, he looks very loveable. I don't think you have to worry about not getting a good shot, I think panting dogs are par for the course and should be considered an art unto themselves.

@Kairospix: When photographing animals i find it's more effective if you get down on their level...and hey, they like it too!
